"Our Mission is to...Seek a Closer Walk with Him"
"Just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: 'Be holy, because I am holy'" (1 Peter 1:15-16 NIV). As Christians, we desire to walk more closely with Jesus. God calls us to be holy. This means that we are set apart and consecrated to His service. We seek to obey Him in every area of our lives, refraining from sin and living according to the reality of His kingdom.
Spiritual growth is an important part of our ministry. Aside from the Sunday worship service, we have several activities to help us grow as disciples of Jesus:
Adult Sunday School - 10:30 a.m. (except during the Summer)
The Sunday school class is led by Elder Tom Stevens. Tom has extensive experience in leading Bible Studies, having worked with Bible Study Fellowship for a number of years. He shares his knowledge of the Bible and leads lively discussions. Recent topics have included the Book of Genesis and Basic Christian Doctrines.
Women's Study Groups
There are two different women's Bible study groups. One meets weekly and the other monthly. Please contact the church office for more information.
